Picking up the christmas tree

I went down to Kifer street with at a place call Home Depot with Kelly, Tilmin and Katie. They bought two christmas trees. Not much excitement there though. I learned that night that Tilmin is a Trekkie too! Amazing... lots of people watch Star Trek here. By the way it seems that I've adapted to the cold down here! Hah! ;)

Yea, I remember Home Depot. We would go there whenever we did any renovation, or repairs, or put anything up in the house. Not Christmas trees, of course. In Texas, they were huge, just like Texas itself. I liked that. We could buy wood there and they would cut it up for us on their cool machines any size we want. There were drums that they would throw remains. Most of the times the remains are large and as students, we found use for them quite often. I had made nice shelves out of those scraps. I still have my Black and Decker cordless drill machine and drills that I bought from Home Depot in Irving, Texas. Perhaps I bought the machine at Home Depot and the drills at Wal Mart.
As far as cold is concerned, yea, one gets used to it. I was in Islamabad last week and going around in only a shirt and pants while my anonymous friend was wearing four shirts and my jacket at night with the temperature at 3 C. I remember that we used to go around in a T-shirt and trousers in December to Wal Mart in Wichita, Kansas. I like it.
